Customer Service Center

Our Customer Service Center staff is available from 6:30 am to 5:15 pm (CST) Monday through Friday to receive orders or answer customer questions. All customer service functions are computerized to ensure fast and accurate responses for our customers. One of our Technical Service Managers is available to answer your technical and application questions during normal business hours.

When you call D-A Lubricant Company, you are connecting with a company that has over 85 years of experience in lubrication and customer satisfaction. We staff the Customer Service Department with two knowledgeable Customer Service Professionals, a Customer Service Manager and a Technical Manager to serve you. Our office hours are 6:30 am to 5:15 pm central standard time (CST), Monday through Friday.

Damon's positive attitude carries over in everything he does - and he loves working with customers - making sure their order is just right. Steve has been with D-A for over 35 years and has served in many positions during that tenure. Steve knows oil - and grease. He also knows applications, if you have questions - just give him a call.

Meet Lisa, Customer Service Specialist primarily serving Customers West of the Mississippi River. Although new to D-A, Lisa is not new to customer service and is looking forward to speaking with you. Just call the 800 number to talk to a D-A qualified Customer Service Professional.
