Technical Support
Answers to your technical questions are only a phone call away. A D-A Technical Manager is available to answer your questions about lubrication in general or help you determine the correct product for your specific application. Customer Service
Our Customer Service Center staff is available from 7:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday to receive orders or answer customer questions. All customer service functions are computerized to ensure fast and accurate responses for our customers. On-Site Support
The D-A direct sales force is completely knowledgeable in lubrication products and applications for your equipment. Up-to-the-minute technical education is on-going. This allows D-A Field Representatives to maintain a high level of technical contact with each customer, making product recommendations to fit the needs based on the equipment type, application and operating conditions.
