These REPORTS are available from most screens using the drop-down window in the gray menu bar under the D-A and CLS logos.

    Oil Analysis
Part of the power of CLS DataLink is the ability for you to go to the specific information you are needing. The strong and complete preference options enable you to see as much or as little information as you choose.

The report format for the Used Oil Analysis Report viewed on the screen is similar to what you have previously been receiving by mail. This is your actual oil analysis results report for the compartment selected from the results screen. You have the option to print a copy of the report, save the report to a Microsoft Snapshot file or create and print an FSR (Field Sample Report) for this same compartment for the next sample to be sent to the lab.

    Field Sample Report (FSR) – (CLS and DataLink)

From here you can print your Field Sample Report for the next oil sample.

The Field Sample Report can generate with most of the fields already filled in, or you can choose to input all the information to the computer yourself.

By clicking on the "Submit FSR" button, the actual to be printed FSR will be created. This page shows two copies of the report, one for you to keep and one for you to send in with the actual sample. The information you input on your form will remain in the computer and when the lab receives one copy of this FSR, the scannable barcode will bring up the information you input allowing the test results to be more quickly and accurately applied to the unit.

You also have the choice of printing a blank field sample report that you can fill out by hand when the sample is taken. The more information submitted, the better your compartment tracking will be. Accuracy and consistency will be greatly beneficial in building your trending database for each compartment!

    Fleet Sample Status – (CLS DataLink feature)

At-a-glance records of warning levels found in the various compartments of your fleet.

    Fleet Sample Summary – (CLS DataLink feature)

This report gives you a quick reference to how often you are sampling your equipment, as well as how long you are going between drains.

    Fleet Warning Conditions Summary – (CLS DataLink feature)

At-a-glance reference to specific details of what the warning conditions were for your entire fleet.

    Unit History Summary – (CLS DataLink feature)

Specific information regarding one unit - what warnings and normal readings have been recorded over the life of the unit.

    Unit Condition – (CLS DataLink feature)

Information on all the units in your fleet individually.

    Missed Units – (CLS DataLink feature)

Are you sampling all your compartments regularly - here is a quick reference if you have sampled within the time parameters you determined.

    Data Download – (CLS DataLink feature)

You can download your data in Excel (.xls) format. This is done by either by generating an e-mail with attachment or when given the option to "OPEN" or "SAVE" the file, choose "SAVE" and put a copy to your own computer.
